Her career has spanned multiple roles across the real estate and finance sectors, including processing, pre-underwriting, title work, and loan origination, giving her a complete understanding of how each part of a transaction connects to ensure a successful closing.

Throughout her career, Attorney Benítez has worked alongside lenders, brokers, title companies, and investors, gaining a comprehensive perspective that few professionals possess. This experience has shaped her belief that financing should be both strategic and client centered, built on communication, integrity, and efficiency.

Administrative Assistant

With over 16 years of combined experience in real estate and administrative management, Yelitza Santana brings exceptional organization and client-focused dedication to every file she oversees.

Before joining Remarkable Funding, Yelitza spent 13 years working for a real estate company in Puerto Rico, where she developed a deep understanding of the real estate transaction process from contract to closing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business System Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, equipping her with a strong foundation in both operations and client service.

For the past three years, Yelitza has worked closely with Attorney Benítez, serving as Administrative Assistant and Processing Manager. She now oversees the processing and closing of all files, ensuring that each transaction moves efficiently and seamlessly from application to completion.
